We are proud to inform all our customers that

 

BENCE BUTCHERS of PLYMOUTH Supply all our meats fresh daily.  Our BEEF is sourced from the British Isles.  Our PORK is from local Cornish farms as is our LAMB.  Fresh CHICKENS used on our Sunday Carvery are from farms near BRISTOL or farms close to SIDMOUTH in DEVON.  During the CHRISTMAS period we use farm fresh, barn reared Turkeys which are from local farms in the BOVEY TRACEY area.

 

TAMAR VIEW FRUITERERS of SALTASH & FRANK. H. MANN of TORQUAY whom both help support regional businesses by sourcing as much of their produce from the West Country as possible. Items such as leeks, cabbages, cauliflower, broccoli, and sprouts are from LUSCOMBE FARM near Newton Abbot and TANCOCKS FARM near Exeter.

 

REX DOWN FISH MERCHANTS – Supplies all seafood. Who work directly with the PLYMOUTH BARBICAN, daily buying fresh fish from local fishermen who work off local boats.

Our bar is stocked with a wide range of beers including at least one real ale, lagers and ciders as well as wines and spirits fit for every occasion. You will also find a range of soft drinks, teas and coffees available all day long.

Working in conjunction with our wine merchant we have compiled a small but comprehensive selection of wines that represents diversity, quality, value and compatibility with our food.
